He Wenxiu, the 4 group of Guo Ba village in Zhang Chang town, Dan Ling County, has undergone many changes in his life.

In 1993, He Wenxiu went to Hainan to start Jia Hong Business Co., Ltd.

In 1995, he returned home, opened an entertainment center in his hometown, and was also preparing to set up a large-scale chemical plant.

He plans to set up a disabled entrepreneurial fund to help more disabled people start their own businesses while he is currently energetic and accumulating more money.
