India Kochi Will Build The Largest Commercial Street In The Country

Kochi, the commercial capital of Kerala, India, will soon build an international level shopping mall, which aims to further promote business growth and sales of lifestyle goods.

Lulu international shopping street announces that they will build a shopping street of our company, which will be the largest shopping street in India, according to the company.

The shopping street is located in Edappally, which covers more than 17 acres and has a total investment of 12 billion rupees.

M A Yusuffali, executive chairman of MD of Emke group and shopping street, said at a press conference that this is a dream project of the group.

The company plans not only to build a shopping street, but also to build it into a landmark destination for residents and tourists.

Facilities, brands, services, architecture and entertainment are all comparable to the world.

The total number of employees is 20 thousand, of which 14 thousand are locals.

EmKE group is the largest non India employment enterprise.

The project will be completed by international standard design of W.S. Atkins, a world-renowned consultancy.

The project will absorb more than 300 domestic and foreign brands, including fashion, jewelry, electrical, lifestyle, household goods, furniture, clothing, bookstores and shoes.

The shopping street will include 7 multi-functional theatres, including family entertainment centers with bowling, six gourmet restaurants, 50000 square feet of gourmet venues, 19 exits, coffee shops and other general facilities.

The project also includes a five star hotel with 300 rooms, a commercial tower for airline and civil aviation.
