Nowadays, casual pants enterprises appear cautious in the wording of recruitment advertisements, lest they violate the provisions of the Convention on self-discipline.

The improper use of words by individual enterprises in recruitment and publicity has been warned by the association.

Members of Shishi Shishi Industry Association believe that self discipline activities during the recruitment period are a great achievement after the establishment of the guild, otherwise the industry labor market order is still in a melee.

The maintenance of the labor market order during the recruitment period is the primary basis for ensuring the normal production order. After the industry self-discipline activities continue to develop and form habits, the phenomenon of unfair competition among the vicious frying, selling and digging workers will soon disappear in the society.
