In February 17th, entering the new week, the rate of commencement of work and the rate of personnel arrival were increased. 67.4% of the enterprises involved in the cotton textile industry have started work now, and the number of workers who have resumed work accounts for 56% of the total number of workers in normal production. Through analysis, the data reported are mainly large enterprises, and the proportion of start-up enterprises is slightly higher than the actual situation.

Two, problems facing

The main problems facing the recovery of enterprises affected by the epidemic are shown in Figure 2. The main problem of poor logistics is still the main problem (Figure 2), which has been hovering around 80%, and the shortage of personnel and the procurement of protective supplies are increasing. Compared with the 14 days and 17 days, the proportion of each problem is on the rise. The longer the epidemic time is, the greater the internal friction and pressure will be.

Three, industrial chain situation

From the survey of the upstream and downstream enterprises, we can see the situation of capacity recovery. The reemployment enterprises and reemployment personnel in various industries account for the example of Figure 3. On the whole, the situation of personnel coming to work is weaker than that of enterprises, and there is still much room for improving the rate of entry. Looking at these two data comprehensively, the capacity recovery situation of the upstream and downstream industries and cotton textile industry is basically the same; the supply of chemical fiber raw materials is adequate, and the vitality of downstream industries is improving at the same time.

Four, online service feedback

The China Cotton Trade Association has set up a prevention and control epidemic situation, and has resumed the production coordination group. The online service platform of the China Cotton Textile Industry Association has been opened up to collect problems and suggestions of enterprises in fighting the epidemic situation and resuming production.

In February 16th, a total of 6 enterprises (a total of 31) had feedback, which was quite common with the problems reflected in the previous few days, mainly in the issues listed in Figure 1. At the same time, after the resumption of work, the responsibility and pressure of enterprise epidemic prevention and control is too great, resulting in the enthusiasm of resuming work is not high. Moreover, many cotton textile enterprises use central air conditioning to control temperature and humidity, and there is a hidden danger of spreading the virus. The local government still proposes to postpone the operation. According to the above problems, the China Cotton Trade Association attaches great importance to it, and reports to the higher authorities immediately. Enterprises should choose a scientific and effective epidemic prevention method, seek professional guidance, further refine the relevant systems under the epidemic prevention and control, and actively explore new development models, and personal safety is more important than Mount Tai.
